The agency is a slim and smart design studio who achieved great success from Japan and now heading to Beijing for their next chapter. Please see below information I summarized from meeting.
- Creative agency based in Japan with presence in Shanghai and HK, now BJ is their next chapter; so this person also be expected to shape the agency creative offering in China market and set standard of agency profile as well.
- Pitching and planning for an internal communicate portal, i.e. newsletters (both print and digital), social network platform (wechat etc), video reporting system to Germany company (Mercedez-Benz), conference call systems etc…
- They partner with other ad agency, work closely with their marketing/account teams
- Currently 7 designers, CD (now opening and this person will be the team leader in Beijing office), AD, copy director, digital director, team director, designer, copy writer, visual designer
- Looking to start with a month to month contract first for the pitching stage, then after bringing on the project, it will be a one-year contract based in Beijing
- CD needs to know UX and will be responsible for content as well
- Salary is open

Project: Joining in the pitch and proceed following commissions Requirement
- Great understanding and experienced in automobile projects. Preferably have exposure for luxury car brands like Infiniti, Lexus, Mercedes, BMW, etc.
- Great communication skills in English and Mandarin. Chinese for team management, English for the client
- Capability to start working in Dec and again once the project starts after winning the pitch, he or she needs to stay in Beijing for a year in a contract
