职位描述：
岗位职责：

早教中心（学员面向0-6岁学龄前儿童）

1） 配合学校的工作安排，负责营销方向的经营规划、运行管理、人员调配，并组织落实及考评；

2）负责带领营销类员工组织门店各类亲子、营销活动，开拓市场，吸纳新会员，对活动效果和销售结果负责；

3）关注中心整体经营和发展，及时向校长提出建议和意见，做好校长的参谋和助手；

4）策划组织中心员工的团队活动，以增强团队凝聚力；

任职要求：

1 三年以上早教行业销售经验，熟悉早教行业市场发展现状；

2 具有优秀的销售技巧，较强的市场策划能力和运作能力，市场开拓能力强；

3 有较强的组织计划、沟通协调、人际交往能力，具备一定的团队管理潜力；

4 具备快速学习和解决问题的能力；

5 态度乐观、积极向上，具备良好的抗压能力及高度的敬业精神。
