职位描述：
Key Responsibilities：
？ Front desk receptionist;
？ Day to day management of attendance, documents, fax, office box etc.
？ Collecting customer information, setup customer database and update timely.
？ Field service administration support work, including but not limited to sales data collection, working report summary and sales projects follow up.
？ Act as a liaison to other departments within Weir Minerals China to ensure all procedures of Service & Sales operate smoothly;
？ Follow up position safety requirement. Attend EHS training timely. Attend accident investigation if required. Support shop CI project if needed.
？ Other tasks assigned by line manager
Education and Qualifications：
？ College degree or above in commercial/business./others
？ 1 year or above working experience in foreign enterprise is best and this year’s graduates can be accepted.
？ Attention to detail, good communication skills, knowledge of general computer applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
？ Must be motivated, creative and detail solution oriented.
？ Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills required in Chinese and English.
？ Ability to interact with all levels of the organization including senior management is required.
？ Experience with ERP system is preferred.
？ Good teamwork skills, can work under high pressure 举报 分享
