职位描述：
Principal Job Responsibility:
1.Support Sales, customer and resellers in technical requirement gathering and pro sales support.
2.Identify the customer’s technical issue root quickly on site or with remote support and get the resources internally quickly for high quality and quick support delivery.
3.Summary and prepare whole solution to different channel marketing, retail, meat plant, kitchen center...
4.Deliver continually training to channel partners or dealers in product, operation and channel solution.
5.Collaborate with service team to deliver necessary service and spare parts supports to local accounts and resellers.
6.Commutation and discuss with OEM suppliers and defined each model specification, selling price.
7.Support on any advertisement (wechat, magazine...) pushing...
8.Support sales team on sample and on site testing support.
9.Gather competitive intelligence information including competitor product comparison.


Experience or Skills required :
1.Academy Degree, prefer Bachelor or above.
2.Prefer major in computer, software, electronics or related majors in college.
3.3+ years experience of Presales/Project deployments.
4.Clarity of thinking and cross team working experience.
5.Capability of User Specification Request obtaining&analysis and corresponding solution suggestion.
6.Experience in Meat plant or Distribution centre,nice to know the whole processing.
7.Good knowledge in Office tools, presentations for customer solutions and documents.
8.Customer centric personality, high drive and self-starting experience required.
9.Team-oriented, customer-focused, industrious, ambitious, organized, ability to work independently and organize workload efficiently.
10.Be able to manage multiple projects. Be action and results oriented. Have excellent oral and written communication skills with good logic.
11.Fluent in Mandarin and English.

Specialised Knowledge or Skills required:
1.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
2.Communication ability with concerning team.
