Purpose of the position
To keep as one contact window in commercial function
To keep monitoring customer satisfaction through supporting the DCR Account Manager for logistics and payment issues in order to achieve the sales target.
To build harmonized relationship with customer.
Position context
Market dynamics
Contact with customers in different channels to collect more information not only on commercial affairs, but also competitor information and their development trend, etc. and share among team members.
Internal network involved
1. Contact with Kun Shan, Taiwan, ShunDe & DSM Europe for orders implementation, including logistics,
payment and relative issue.
2. Provide commercial critical information from both the market and the internal organization to share with Marketing & Sales team
3. Share best working practice within DRF team
External network involved
1. Contact with customer for commercial affairs, customer satisfaction, business intelligence and other information.

a) Key areas of accountability/responsibility
1. Maintain customer satisfaction through the contact windows at customer ends, and provide commercial critical information to internal team for continuous improvement on customer satisfaction
2. Coordinate on Customer Satisfaction Survey
3. Collect competition information through customers relationship management and feedback to sales team
4. Assist account manager for on time collecting of account receivable, managing of rebate programs, signing of sales contract / GCOS, assist customer complaining by filling in complaint form, proceed and handling income orders
5. To decide the accept of BAD according to the BAD quality guideline
6. To decide sampling to customers up to 10 Kg for each product upon customer request according to customer level, track record, application and potential; Keep monitoring the progress of sample at customer ends
7. To decide volume allocation among customer orders according to customer level, urgency of needs when DSM stock cannot meet customer demand when sufficient quota is given
8. To set up and maintain customer master database, distributor master database, sales records and other statistics.
9. To guarantee a successful implementation of pricing tool through the calculation of price and margin of each customer product combination
10. Lead junior customer service officer and give coaching when necessary
11. Contact with all plant sites for commercial issue
12. Make clear, corrective and accurate report on time in proper format.
Knowledge and educational level
College/University degree
Familiar with business processes, such as PTO, OTC, purchase
Strong communication skills
Good command of English
Familiar with operating Excel, PowerPoint
More than 5 years customer care experience in multinational company
EPR system experience preferred
