职位描述：
Job Duties & responsibilities:
1.Handling door access-related requests (grant, termination, changes etc) in accordance with specified procedures, and assist in generating access logs and access right lists for Business Units/Departments for review regularly;
2.Plan and administer protective programs (guard services and security systems) in accordance with prescribed regulations, guidelines etc;
3.Effectively administrate, coordinate, participate and provide advisories (as required) in both the selection and renewal of security related contracts and contracts that interface or effect security;
4.Conduct security surveys and security risk management assessments to support local and group BU/ SUs requirements;
5.Provide physical security training to DBS employees as required and maintain a security coordinator network;
6.Monitor and respond to all the ATM incidents, and reporting of all ATM incidents;
7.Escalation of the critical and unresolved incidents to FCSS management;
8.Handling the Security Hotline, providing staff with one point of contact for a security-related incidents and issues. Escalate issues where required according to documented procedure;
9.Review of CCTV footage for ATM on a periodic basis;
10. Be on 24*7 standby to attend the AMC in the event of an emergency situation;
11. Assisting in the planning and organising training for AMC guards, including event monitoring, travel tracking, website/Intranet updates and basic ACM support;
12. Assisting in the supervision and guidance of the AMC guards in their daily duties;

Education / Preferred Qualifications:
1 years physical security system ( CCTV, alarm & access control) operations experience.Or 1 years security guard service management experience, Or 1 years information security risk control experience 举报 分享
