Job Description
Installation project and Service project on-site management, ensure the project execution follow the project phases and schedule, ensure the quality of the project execution, maintain good relationship with customer’s teams including management, address project issues at site including technical, quality, resource issues and so on, ensure the final acceptance achieved in time.
Use the project management methodologies to keep project executions recorded in file system including daily/weekly memo, setup gateway/milestone review, and team up with customer to have the whole project execution documented.
Regular project review and reporting with project status updates.
Project management knowledge training/sharing to installation & field service engineers.
Project commercial responsibility; understand contracted terms and specification of the project, project lead time and logistics, project execution
cost control, disputes resolution, and so on.
Align with global project management teams on SAT planning, forecast and update.
Able to manage multi sites at same period, willing to take challenges and able to work under pressure, process and data orientated, and result driven.

Requirement
- Background in electrical or machinery engineering.
- 5 years+ experience in industrial services at site.
- 3 years+ experience in industrial project management.
- Working experience in Semiconductor or PV is a pus.
- Certificated in project management.
- Skills in project documentations, communications, review and reporting.
- Skills in software applications as MS office, MS project and others. 举报 分享
