职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 编制工程概、预、结算
2. 熟练使用广联达等预算清单软件，熟悉施工现场工作流程和环节，了解市场清包人工单价、材料信息价和机械信息价。
3. 协助项目资金计划的编制及跟踪分包商的付款
4. 参与和业主及供应商的谈判，具备较强的本专业议价能力，协助相关部门的议价。
5. 审核土建及机电安装工程的设计变更、现场签证的工程量。
6. 协助相关土建及水电暖工程的招采工作。

岗位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，有5年以上本专业预决算工作经验。
2. 熟悉国家现行工程造价相关的政策文件、市场材料价格信息。
3. 能从造价角度提出对项目给排水、电气的设计方案的优化。
4. 熟悉招投标流程，具有成本控制，经营预算，合约管理经营。
5. 责任心主动性强，较强的沟通能力。
6. 了解土建工程量计算
