Expectations & Tasks
 
？ Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas to the teams.
？ Creating intuitive interfaces by using best practices, the latest UI trends and all available tools to augment the user experience
？ Collaborate with NPD teams on use cases and business requirements to craft the unique UX/UI journey from a cross-category perspective.
？ Be a great team player and able to collaborate closely with internal and external resources such as developers and UX designers to keep the consistency in terms of user experience and UI design principles.
？ Continually keep yourself and the teams updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standard and trends.

 
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
Supervisory Relationships:
Reports to UX Design Manager
Support and provide UX/UI works for requirements from NPD teams
 Organization Relationships:
Proactively works and involved in the new product development process. Collaborate with Engineers, Marketers and Industrial Designers in a team environment.
External Business Relationships:
Occasional contact with design consultants.
Occasional contact with vendors and suppliers.
Attends industry trade show and relative seminars as needed to maintain awareness of competitor products, UX/UI designs, and overall kitchen & bathroom product design trends.
Attends UX/UI design seminars and courses as necessary to maintain professional skills.

 
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? At least 7 year experience in a UX/UI Design role with a portfolio of previously designed applications.
? Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop/ Illustrator… and web/mobile UI design wireframe tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, and Sketch.
? Experience working as part of an IoT ecosystem development project, and more specifically working closely with developers and product managers for implementation.
? Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of IoT and sharing economy.
? Ability to transform the requirements to wireframes and visual design for communication.
? Passion for clean and elegant visual solutions.
? Attention to detail and ability to manage/organize large amounts of data.
? Fluent in English & Chinese (written and verbal) and has excellent communication skills.
? Coding experience (JavaScript, HTML5) – Advantage
? App design experience – Advantage
? A self-starter, able to pick up a project, own it, and see it to completion 举报 分享
