JOB SUMMARY
- In charge of overall business &Commercial development for the company in Shanghai and other designated key cities in the China market
- To maintain close relationship and communication with various internal functional department, such as design team;project management and the factory production unit.
- To consolidate market information and competitors intelligent analysis
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNT ABLILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fully responsible for the business planning; development & sales execution, targeting at the mid-up level of various MNC retail brands.
- Develop client relation and services in marketing & sales activities, in the business scope of: Space Planning; Interior Design; Promotional & Exhibition Design; Merchandising Display; Store Corporate Identity; Visual Graphic Layout Design; Furniture; Fixture & Accessories productions
- Take lead of establishing and maintaining excellent client services standard and to enhance the company image to improve business
- Maintain close attention & update policies, regulations, documentation for various compliance of the local authority according to PRC government regulations for the industry
- Work closely & regularly with various other related departments to ensure all communication are in good order
- Ensure all required reporting and updates are completing timely & properly
- Handle any crisis timely and appropriately
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Solid academic background with relevant qualification in the field of architectural; interior design; building & retail services; project management /property and business management; sales & marketing
- Minimum 5~7years solid professional and selling experience in the sector of Interior design / Contracting or Consulting firm with retail related & store development company
- Previous exposure with high end retail luxury & fashion brand
- Sound knowledge & business background with reputable companies and/or major consultant & contractor with a proven business development track record with good result
- Good communication in Chinese & basic English (spoken & written)
- Ability to work under pressure and able to meet sales target
- Mature & pleasant personality; highly reliable with good integrity
Salary: 25000~30000
According to the performance, there will be a corresponding commission.
