职位描述：
工作职责：
1 负责医院药剂科的日常管理运营工作；
2 负责监督检查药品的管理情况，实现管理科学化、制度化、规范化，满足医院的医疗需求；
3 组织领导药品调配工作，亲自参与复杂药剂调配；
4 领导所属人员进行业务学习，进行相关业绩考核；
5 药剂科人员排班管理；
6 药品登记统计。

 岗位要求：
 药学专业，三年以上药剂科相关工作经验，相关管理经验；
 药师职称；
