职位描述：
Summary:
? Support the Sr. Manager, Sales Operation and Planning to prepare all kinds of sales reports; develop the relevant polices and procedures, and train and guide the sales team to implement the policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
? Collect and integrate data on sales activities, products and brands; analyse the data; propose alert and recommendations and prepare the reports for the Sr. Manager, Sales Operation and Planning at a timely manner;
? Coordinate with Marketing, Sales and Accounting team to support the pricing and rebate policy development, contract management, sales forecast and planning, and budget preparation and review;
? Provide ad hoc analyses to understand quotas, distributor, and/or sales performance and competitor impact
? Provide recommendation to the Head of Sales Operation to develop or update the current policy, through rigorous analysis.
? Support the Sr. Manager, Sales Operation and Planning to provide training to the sales team;
? Support the Sr. Manager, Sales Operation and Planning to tracking the implementation of sales policies and procedures
Education, Experience
? Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines. Education in Finance/Accounting is plus;
? 3-5 years experience in Sales Operation and planning in MNC. Experience in FMCG is plus;
Skills, Capability and Competence
? Skilful in data analysing and find the root cause within the timeline
? Excellent coordination and communication skills
? Be able to work with the team and under pressure
? Be able to look at the overall picture whilst focusing on detail
? Be able to think out of box, work under diversified culture and transfer the abstract concept into practical action & plan
? Excellent written and oral English
? Proficiency in Microsoft; experience with SAP is plus
