Job summary
Reporting to Shanghai Technical Services Team Leader, the Engineer is responsible for providing timely solutions to customer work requests.

Summary of essential job functions
1. Gather customers’ requirements, provide solutions to them
2. Provide the steps to the user necessary to solve the problem through the front end application
3. Implement configuration and customized code for the user;
4. In addition to responding to daily issues from customers, work is sometimes required on special projects and events.
5. Train customers whenever needed both onsite and offsite.

Requirements
1. Familiar with Oracle database
2. More than one year experience in ORACLE SQL/PLSQL programming
3. Good oral and written communications in English, CET 6 or above is preferred

3. Strong communication, customer service orientation skills
4. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
5. Self-motivated and attention to details and ability to work with different parties across the company
