Responsibilities ->

1 Strategy
1.1 Support the development and implementation of the regional sales strategy
1.2 Support the implementation of the company strategy in the region.
2 Controlling
2.1 Lead regional planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
2.2 Steer regional customer/product portfolio to maximize the financial results.
2.3 Participate in the regional financial targets set and achievement
2.4 Tackle financial performance for region and in case of deviations from plan develop and ensure implementation of countermeasures based on the alignment with Region Sales Head and HQ controlling head/finance director.
2.5 Gather, prepare and analyze all financial information as the basis of objective decision making.
2.6 Lead/Co-lead/Contribute to regional cross-functional projects and ensure their implementation (e.g. DT profitability, DT selection, DT restructuring & etc).
3 Counseling
3.1 Act as key financial sparring partner to the Region & province managers and other cross function team in the region.
3.2 Offer adequate solutions by providing knowledge and expertise.
3.3 Liaise with Finance Departments in HQ.
4 Organization and Processes
Identify needs for change and initiate adequate measures for improvement of the organization and to meet the business need.
5 Leadership
5.1 Guide, motivate and develop the subordinate staff.
5.2 Functionally steer team members with assigning clear objectives and development forum participation.



Key Deliverables ->

In 2016:
1 Steering the business
1.1 Monthly new crystal review with RSD/PM/RTM/RAM, quarterly review with FD
1.2 Enable sales team (RSD/PM/RTM/RAM) with CCIII concept and knowledge
1.3 Monthly key customers CCIII tracking and analysis to RSD/PM/RTM/RKM to drive healthy business structure.
1.4 Top 5 DT (incl. LT) and 50 B/C/D cities DT customers profitability study (ROI analysis)
2 Work with HQ and regional team to optimize the process
3 Control AR overdue within target with proactive co-work with related sales managers
4 Control investment (regional controlled TA/BTL/GE) within budget
5 Team voice: above company average
