职位描述：
Master Scheduler is responsible for the Supply Chain alignment to the Customer Demand.

? Utilizes standardized planning tools including SAP, for Firming and Backlog Alignments, and Excel spreadsheets to manage the Supply to Demand.
? Coordinates Wafer Foundries and outsourced Assembly/Test Operations to meet Master Planning Schedules that are linked to our demand and shipment plans.
? Organizes and coordinates recovery plans and expedite activities with Factories, Planning Service, Business Segment, Logistics, and Management.
? Works with Wafer Foundry and Assembly/Test to manage capacity to optimize loadings for their product lines.
? Other activities include holding regular communications meetings with Factory Planners, Sales and Marketing, and Planning Staff Meetings.
? Coordinates expedite and pull-in requests and gives manual Available to Promise commitments for demand exceptions.

Degreed professional with a minimum of 5-10 years Operational planning in a high volume manufacturing company is mandatory. Supply Chain Planning and Operations experience in the Semiconductor Wafer Fab and Assembly industry is preferred.

Candidate will be able to demonstrate strong communications skills including evidence of the ability to develop and maintain cross functional team relationships and leadership of successful projects.

This candidate will be a proven self motivated individual who can hit the ground running after initial direction, scope, and vision from Management.

The candidate will possess excellent system and PC skills on products such as ERP/MRP systems (SAP) and all Microsoft Office products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. The ideal candidate will also be APICS certified. 举报 分享
