职位描述：
岗位概述JOB SUMMARY
该岗位员工需严格遵守电力技术规范和安全规范。负责工厂内项目（设备）的电器安装工作，协助完成项目的调试运行工作。因生产经营需要可在上级主管安排下出差到工地完成相关工作。定期对工厂内部的生产设备（如焊机、切割机、钻床等）进行维护保养，维修和检查。
This position requires obey relevant electrical regulations and safety standard strictly. Be fully responsible for relevant electrical work on the projects and assist to complete buy-off inside plant. Be able to travel and work at jobsite under supervisor’s arrangement when necessary. He/she shall also work on daily inspection and maintaining for all the production equipment such as welding machine, saw, drilling machine and so timely. Be able to do repair when have.

专业技能及岗位要求COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS
? 根据电路图纸装配作业正确率达到90%以上；
Accuracy of working based on blue print reach or higher than 90%.
? 注重细节；
Detail-oriented.
? 具备熟练操作手动工具的能力，如打磨机、手枪钻、割枪、等离子切割机、扳手、测量工具、剥线钳、卷缩机、螺丝刀、万用表、电笔、液压管道弯曲机等；
Good practice with all necessary equipment and tools such as welding machine, drilling machine, grinder, torch wire strippers, crimpers, screw drivers, Hydraulic conduit benders, Pipe threading machines and other handling tools.

教育背景及相关工作经验EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
? 高中及以上学历或专业技校电气专业；
High school education or technical school major in electrical.
? 具备低压电工操作证；
Certificated of Electrical License.
? 三年以上机械行业电气操作经验；
3+ years of electrical working experience in mechanical industry.
? 良好沟通能力，能和其他工厂员工有效沟通，和谐相处；
Good communication skill, can work in the team.
? 主观能动性，可以承担一部分领导责任；
Self-motivated and be able to work with supervision.

工作内容 JOB DUTY INCLUDE:
? 每次施工之前，与电气工程师确定设备布线方案；
Complete wiring of products with electrical engineer based on drawing.
? 根据电路图纸，提前准备相关的材料，按照图纸进行布管，布线；
According to electrical blueprint, prepare all the relevant material before working.
? 正确使用弯管设备、攻丝机完成相关的电器工作；
Use conduit bending machine and threading machine properly to complete the installation of conduit, wires in the correct way.
? 协助每台设备的电工箱/电器柜的电线安装；
Label and pull wires from electric cabinet to each device.
? 当日工作完成后，及时清洁整理工作区域；
Every time when finish the work, clean the working area.
? 完成机器的试运行测试工作，协助完成客户验收工作；
Assist to complete the buy-off of machines and finish the work on the punch list.
? 定期对工厂其他生产设备进行检查，发现潜在器械问题；
Regular check other manufacturing equipment and be able to find out potential problems.
? 在规定时间内以优秀的质量完成上级主管布置的电工任务；
Finish assigned work qualified in required time.
? 生产过程中提出可被采纳的意见；
Come out with feasible advice during work.
? 焊接与电气桥架或者配件相关的支架；
Weld necessary brackets of electrical wire way, electrical parts to support on
? 协助支持办公室所需电气工作；
Support electrical work for office area
? 工作安排需要时，协助组长处理其他生产工作；
