Title: Operation Manager（Manufacturing ）

Location: Wuxi

Essential Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strong compliance and controllership process and culture at production management and shop floor level

2. Manage all Wuxi plant manufacturing operation, responsible for production EHS, quality and fulfillment

3. Responsible for manufacturing operation financial results in terms of cash inventory, base cost and variable cost productivity

4. Drive continuous improvement by LEAN Six Sigma tool and continue driving operation excellence and improving customer satisfaction

Qualifications/Requirements

1. BS in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

2. Experience in manufacturing operation management.

3. Demonstrated ability on people management skill and leadership.

4. Strong EHS awareness and ability to create a safe work environment.

Desired Characteristics

1. Experience in manufacturing quality
2. Green belt or black belt certified
