职位描述：
Job of Responsibilities:

1- Assist & implement the HR Overall Planning, Policy and Regulations, including Employee handbook and labor contracts, etc.
2- Implement recruitment process according to new headcount and replacement through various recruitment channels.
3- Execute C&B work such as monthly payroll, social security & house fund payment, salary & bonus adjustment; Assist yearly HR budget.
4- Execute AA internal & external training activities; training materials preparations; follow-up training effect.
5- Assist labor relations such as labor contract management, labor force management, monthly attendance check-up.
6- Translation and other GM personal assistant work assigned by GM.
7- Other work and projects assigned by superior if necessary.
8- Aligning this company's HR processes with group HR processes& tools.

Requirements:

1- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
2- Good computer skills.
3- Good Korean or English language ability.
4- More than 2 years working experiences in HR operation role.
5- Good understanding modern enterprise human resource management models and practical experience accumulated.
6- Familiar with local labor laws and policies.
7- Result oriented style positive thinking, willing and quick to learn. 举报 分享
