职位要求：

职位名称：英语客服专员

学历要求：大专

语言要求：英语听说读写熟练（口语听力要求流利）

工作年限：不限，应届毕业生亦可

能力要求：熟练使用excel、word、powerpoint等办公软件

其他要求：工作踏实，认真负责，积极进取，较强的学习能力，良好的合作意识，形象良好，仪表得体，为人朴实，能承受一定压力。

岗位职责：

1.帮助病人电话预约，安排就诊

2.来访病人接待，协助申请医疗保险，账单结算

3.病人资料管理

4.与医疗部门及保险部的日常联络沟通

5.翻译工作

6.其他相关行政工作

Body & soul Medical Clinic is to help people balance the body and soul. We have 2 branches in Huangpu and Minhang. For the professional , good service , more and more customers and patients come to visit our clinic.
Our Western and Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctors work as a team and treat individually depending upon the patients needs. As the name of our clinic implies, our primary focus is TCM but we are also licensed to provide comprehensive Western medical treatment and diagnosis.

Our team consists of Western doctors and therapists as well as of Chinese doctors, who assist to compile a complex TCM diagnosis. All our doctors and therapists are experienced and licensed. Integrative Medicine includes both body and soul, which comprise a whole.

Our doctors work closely together with their patients to provide ongoing education and support with regards to necessary changes in lifestyle including nutrition, diet and exercise programs.
