1. 保证对新员工、承包商、参观者进行安全健康指导；
Ensure that local EHS inductions are performed for new employees, contractors and visitors；
2. 在OH&S和环境方面建立、审查和监控风险评估，执行所有必要的管理和现场控制；
Establish, review and monitor risk assessments in the areas of OH&S and environmental aspects. Implement all necessary management and controls for the site；
3. 通过指导现场监控承包商的表现，确保他们达到公司的现场操作规范；
Monitor the performance of contractors on site through supervision to ensure that they meet all of the LSFC site requirements
4. 保证工厂清洁、整齐和有序的环境；
Ensure that the site is kept in a clean, neat and orderly state to achieve minimum housekeeping
5. 每月开展安全健康环境方面的培训计划；
Conduct monthly training program in EHS issues at site meeting；
6. 参加生产例会，提出安全健康环境事项，与在场经理和主管进行审核；
Participate in routine manufacturing meetings to raise and review EHS issues with the site management and supervisors
7. 对OH&S和环境事故包括险生事故的情况开展调查；
Conduct OH&S and environmental incident investigations including near miss situations;
8. 保证对安全健康环境事故的调查后提出的整改方案贯彻落实；
Ensure that corrective actions from EHS incident investigations are followed through；
9. 对影响安全健康环境的事项进行强制性问询，包括对OH&S和环境管理造成影响的原料引进，产品介绍，场址和设备的变更，工作流程的变化；
Perform mandatory consultation activities with regard to issues affecting safety, health and environment. This occurs in regards to raw material introduction, product introduction, changes to the site and its facilities, changes to work procedures that affect OH&S and environment management
10.进行现场监控，检查所有重要的显著的环境方面和整个制造场所；
Conduct site monitoring and inspections of all critical and significant environmental aspects and the entire manufacturing site；
11. 建立、执行、监控、检查安全健康环境设备和器械维护计划，急救工具、灭火设备、压力容器；
Establish, implement, monitor and review safety and health equipment and apparatus maintenance program. First Aid kits, fire control equipment, pressure vessels；
12.监控、控制、记录危险和非危险的废弃活动，以达到管理目标，实现公司的持续增长
Monitor, control and record hazardous and non-hazardous waste movements for regulatory purposes, sustainability improvements and global LSFC sustainability reporting;
13.保证审计后的整改行动按照进度进行，并对其效果进行事后审核；
Ensure corrective actions from the audits are implemented on a scheduled basis and that the action is post audited for effectiveness；
14.向现场或公司管理层提出预防措施，以杜绝安全健康环境隐患；
Raise preventive actions with site and or corporate management that will avert potential EHS issues from arising；
15.按要求参加、培训、协助开展公司员工的入职培训计划。
Participate, train and assist in corporate employee orientation programs as required.
16.完成由直线经理分配的其他工作任务。

Requirements任职要求:
1. 本科毕业，化工或环境工程专业，英语熟练；
Bachelor degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Environment, Multi-lingual-proficient in English and the national language;
2. 2年以上制造企业（食品企业尤佳）的环境安全健康工作经验；
2 years or above EHS work related experience in manufacturing industry, food company will be better;
3. 良好的团队工作精神；
Good team work spirit;
4. 能在压力下独立完成工作，具有吃苦耐劳的精神。
