Position: Powder Sales Engineer South China-ICS
Report To: Assistant Sales Manager South China - ICS
Location: Guangzhou

Job Summary
Be responsible for IC equipment distributors & Sales in markets within southwest and south China to meet business growth target.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
? Explore, supervise and manage distributors to promote the sales of IC equipment in BOP and MOP markets in Southwest China, focusing on Sichuan and Chongqing
? Explore new business opportunities, acquire customer’s information, maintain and enhance business relations with customers. Effectively determine customer requirements and prepare appropriate quotations, contracts, and day-to-day business processes.
? Explore sales opportunities for IC products directly and/or via distributors in designated areas. Promote these opportunities into sales orders.
? Plan and organize sales and marketing related activities, such as product demos, product launches, and exhibition shows.
? Effectively prepare monthly reports, sales target and forecasts, and submit to upper management on a timely basis.
? Accountable for planning, achieving, and exceeding sales and business growth targets
? Participate to improve customer satisfaction and achieve competition mindset by finding out and communicating to managements the needs and requirements of customers and competitors’ activities.
? Prepare quality documentation i.e. contract as required by the company standard and guideline.
Share products knowledge and gained experience with customers and other employees through knowledge sharing sessions, customer training sessions, etc.
Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, and departments.
? Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.

Education and Experience
? Bachelor degree, major in Mechanism/Electronics Engineering or related field.
? At least 5 years working experiences in industry equipment sales/marketing, working experience in NMC is preferred.

工作概述
负责华南和西南地区工业涂装设备在中低端市场的渠道销售,完成公司的业务发展任务。
工作职责
负责华南和西南地区的经销商开发,重点是四川省、贵州省、云南省和重庆市,并监督管理经销商向中低端市场销售涂装设备。
积极探索涂装产品在华南和西南市场的商业机会,收集目标市场客户信息,保持和加强客户关系。
有效地判断客户需求,提供适当的报价。安排日常的业务销售流程。
直接和/或通过经销商探索产品在负责区域的销售机会,并将这些机会实现为销售订单。
计划和组织与销售相关的活动,如产品演示,产品发布,展览会等。
向上层管理人员提交准备月度报告、销售目标和预测。
负责制定、实现和超越销售和业务发展的目标。
提高客户满意度;了解分析客户的需求和竞争对手的活动,实现和保持在市场上的竞争优势。
根据公司的标准和准则准备各类文件,如合同、发票。
与客户和其他员工通过知识分享会、客户培训班等分享产品的知识和积累的经验。
与其他地区和部门的同事,作为一个团队友好工作。

职位要求
学历
本科学历,机械/电子工程等相关专业。

工作经验
至少5年以上相关经验,工业设备销售和营销经验、有跨国公司工作经验者优先考虑。

其他要求
优秀的中英文(或日语)口头和书面表达能力。
具备优秀的人际交往技能和沟通技巧,激励技巧。
很强的分析和计算机技能。
积极进取、有前瞻性,自我驱动和结果为导向。
正直诚信、勤奋、主动积极、具有强烈的责任感。
