工作地点：深圳 或 上海

工作职责：
- 制定公司动漫品牌的授权战略（动画和移动APP）；
- 寻求公司品牌IP和内容的授权合作伙伴，包括数字产品和衍生品；
- 维护客户关系，有效促进授权产品销售规模及维护长期共赢的合作关系；
- 领导B2B的电子商务模式以促进授权销售。

任职条件：
- 3年以上的品牌授权管理经验（知名娱乐品牌或数字内容方面）；
- 具有战略性的销售管理技能；
- 具有IP和内容授权方面的丰富经验；
- 具有丰富的行业合作资源；
- 活泼开朗，善于开拓新的合作伙伴，具有商务谈判和执行销售合同的丰富经验；
- 目标导向，以达到财务目标；
- 良好的中英文书面表达能力。
 

Licensing Director

Location: Shenzhen or Shanghai

Responsibility:

? Drive licensing strategy for an animation brand (animation and mobile apps)
? Recruit licensee partners for IP and content (digital and traditional) sales
? Manage licensee relations to optimize sales and long-term cooperation
? Direct B2B marketing to drive licensing sales
 
Requirements:

? Minimum 3 years of management experience in licensing of a leading entertainment brand or digital content
? Strategic sales management skills
? Well-versed in IP and content licensing
? resourceful and well-connected with industry partners
? dynamic and extroverted, keen to build new partnerships and experienced in business negotiations and closing sales contracts
? goal-oriented and able to meet financial targets
