2. 从事地产投资、股权投资等行业经历不少于1年
3. 具有收集整理行业发展信息和撰写市场分析报告、投资项目可行性分析报告的能力
4. 具有协助商务谈判和客户沟通的工作经验
5. 具备独立工作经验或能力
6. 英语精通，CET6以上为佳
7. 有留学背景及外资企业工作经验为佳
