1、大专及以上学历，大学英语4级以上,流利的英文听、说、读、写能力，有日语基础者优先；
2、熟练操作office办公软件，有一定的PhotoShop应用基础；
3、能独立解决各种客户问题，包括咨询、售后、处理投诉等；
4、有团队精神和服务意识，为人诚实守信，做事脚踏实地，较强的学历能力、应变能力。
