职位描述：

Education

Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields;

Experiences/Skills

A) Experience with SolidWorks is a must. 5+ years of active use preferred;

B) Knowledge of automated machine design, jig design;

C) Knowledge of piece part manufacturing processes such as plastic injection molding, machining, die casting, thin film and thick film ceramics, and ceramic ferrules is desirable;

D) An understanding of assembly processes such as die bonding, wire bonding, epoxying, hermetic sealing etc.

Job Description

A) Development of new products including execution on concept, design, drawings, vendor selection, part evaluation, tolerancing, motion control, manufacturing, and testing and product builds;

B) Developing of free space optics optoelectronic devices;

C) Maintenance, design, testing, and improvement of existing products;

D) Product designs utilizing miniature optics, submicron alignments, and micron level placements;

E) Fixture design and development ranging from prototype to production;

F) Integration of mechanical, optical, and electrical components;

G) Detailed Tolerance Analyses of components and assemblies;

H) Interacting with CMs to provide mechanical support for manufacturing of products;
