Key Responsibilities:
For the areas within the remit of this role (role-alignment: APAC):
? Working with Chief Audit Executives for to ensure that all regulatory requests are properly escalated, reviews, approved and responded in a timely manner with all appropriate IA senior management involvement.
? Regulatory reporting: Prepare and/or submit all regulatory required reports including annual audit plan, annual audit execution results, and enquiry regarding internal audit qualification etc. to regulators within required timeframe on a timely and accurate manner.
? Maintaining an inventory of all responses to regulators;
? Support the strategic development and implementation of a programme to enhance the data analytics and MIS capabilities within the function;
? Support and continually streamline the process whereby data owners sign off the data accuracy and completeness of the central audit data;
? Support the design and build of MIS to address all of the IA reporting requirements to all Audit Committees within the Group (per alignment of the role);
? Establishment and provision of data content in standardised report formats to the Chief Auditors for local country and business governance committees;
? Develop, implement, and produce regular MIS reporting on internal operational activities, to track IA performance and support internal tracking and BAU operations;
? Work with other control functions to ensure data is leveraged across the Group to ensure a higher level of data intelligence;
? Support processes to enhance the reporting and assessment of the annual audit plan;
? Establish and maintain close contact with key IA personnel (within the area of responsibility) to ensure close collaboration across the function on data validation and key MIS activities;
? Be the established “point-person” for Chief Auditor MIS support; and
? Provide localised execution support of centrally defined initiatives.


Qualifications and Competencies
? BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience;
? Proficient in data analytic tools and MIS reporting tools;
? Expert understanding of management information systems and related best practices and control initiatives across the financial services industry for the provision of high quality MIS;
? Specific proven expertise in the provision of time sensitive, accurate data analytics, and data processing activities to a variety of senior internal and external stakeholders on a global basis;
? Strong Mandarin and English language skills (both written and spoken) with Chinese / English critical writing skills will be a plus point.
? Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills;
? Experience of operating in a manually intensive data environment, extracting information from disparate sources and transforming it into meaningful information;
? Experience in the direct production of high quality reporting, including focused analysis, trending, and strong summarisation of results.

Additional Skills and Competencies include:
? Essential technical skills include advanced Microsoft Excel and high proficiency across the MS Office suite in general; SQL (including writing scripts for data extraction) and/or VBA skills would be advantageous;
? Experience in providing MIS ideally on a global basis, working across multiple information sources and providing aggregated, coherent outputs;
? Ability to assimilate information about the business to become a subject matter expert in that discipline;
? Good commentary writing skills, can articulate the key messages clearly.
? Demonstrable ability to take the initiative and operate as a dynamic change agent;
? Ideally, the candidate will have experience in utilising mainstream Business Intelligence tools (for example, Microstrategy, Qlikview, Tableau);
? Experience within ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) , data cleansing and validation within imperfect and manual data environments;
? Able to conceptualise the business need and deliver innovative solutions;
? Ability to work under pressure, and delivery timely, accurate, analysis; and
? An appreciation of Internal Audit and the processes followed would be advantageous. 举报 分享
