职位描述：
Job Description:
？ 1.Responsible for the project and maintenance team construction and management, improve the work efficiency.
？ 2.Making the proposal and implementation of cost control and annual costing saving for company equipment, project and facility.
？ 3.Responsible for project allocation, daily administrating to ensure timely implementation of projects.
？ 4.Responsible for project plan/programmer including new line project and current line improvement.
？ 5.Responsible for project schedule, quality, cost and process tracking. Ensuring that all works are completed on time and within budgets, and ensuring that projects meet or exceed the user requirement/project definition.
？ 6.Responsible for Develop and implement project/maintenance procedure and regulations accordance with Quality system requirement.
？ 7.Establish and implement maintenance and overhaul schedules for infrastructure facilities and equipment. And arrange safety checks of equipment, monitor operations of equipment.
？ 8.Set up complete documents of equipment, including categories, serial numbers, records and cards of all equipment. Cost control and optimization in terms of spare parts management
？ 9.Arrange, guide and coach the work of the subordinates, formulate and implement the training plan for them, particular the service sprite, technical skill etc. and the staff performance appraisal and evaluation.
？ 10.Responsible for develop of high quality supplier.
？ 11.Tackle significant EHS issues without delay, ensure potential hazards are identified and managed. Emphasize that production never compromises safety and health.
？ 12.Deliver EHS information to team members and allocate sufficient time and priority to promote and support EHS activities, training and meetings.

Qulifications:
? Good knowledge of equipment and have knowledge of electrical automatic control system.
? Good knowledge of quality education required.
? Fluent in English
? Computer skills: MS Office, Project
? Negotiation skills
? Team player with good communication skills and high efficient.
？ Minimum university education major in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field.
？ More than 8 years’ experience in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing field, preferably with background and experience in mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance
