职位描述：
Location: Dongguan and Paris for first half year
GENERAL MISSION 
The Merchandiser Manager recruits, trains, coaches, leads and monitors a team of Merchandisers in order to achieve his BU’s objectives. He/she sets-up partnerships with suppliers and is a key ally to Buyers in developing their business. He/she develops the right level of communication / cooperation both with internal and external interfaces. He/she promotes company values and ethic rules. 
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES 
1- Defines and implement objectives (suppliers, sourcing, Turnover, service rate …) for his BU in line with DPC sourcing strategy.. 
2- Develops a reliable base of socially compliant suppliers, in line with the DPC Sourcing Strategy
3- Create quote sheet, regularly visit vendors & follow up with outstanding issues and update line manager accordingly.
3- Organizes a regular communication with DPC Multi-countries Buying Office to share about orders follow-up, turnover, sourcing and suppliers status 
4- Defines her/his target team / organization chart, in line with company objectives (budget / number of staff); and validates it with the Sourcing Director / Chief Representative. Recruits team members accordingly and defines / organizes relevant trainings 
5- Assesses her/his team members and gives them guidance to grow within the organization by defining individual objectives and monitoring individual’s performances.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:
？Strong follow up skills, sense of ownership & attention to details
？Superior written communication, presentation, and listening skills
？Ability to represent the company based on standards & expectations
？Ability to work in a fast paced environment
？Able to deliver results by influencing internal and external partners
？International experience required
？French speaker is preferred
