1. 熟悉从蛋白质表达、纯化，蛋白晶体生长条件筛选和优化，同步辐射站数据收集和蛋白质晶体结构解析的整个流程。
2. 能够熟练使用结构生物学的有关软件， 进行蛋白质/抗体分子建模与空间结构分析。
3. 有分子生物学、肿瘤药物研发经验者优先；

任职资格：
1.具有结构生物学、分子生物学、生物化学、蛋白质工程及生物工程等相关专业，有相关工作经历的硕士。
2. 熟练掌握分子生物、生化实验、蛋白核酸分析、细胞培养等各项操作技能；
3. 掌握工程蛋白质表达、制备，纯化、结晶、衍射及结构解析等各项技能
