职位描述：
Responsibilities
？Improve Supplier’s performance by implementing strategies that prevent sending defective parts, components and/or raw material to Levolor’s fabrication and assembly facilities.
？Coordinate “Part Approval” requirements with Suppliers.
？Approve Suppliers.
？Use advanced problem solving tools for validating root causes.
？Provide inputs to the Levolor’s APQP program.
？Work as a liaison between Supplier and multiple Décor functions to communicate findings, top priorities, and status of corrective actions.
？Verify corrective action effectiveness through the product recovery process.
？Follow-up on Supplier Performance Evaluation. (Evaluation completed at corporate office.)
？Drive continuous improvement initiatives with Suppliers to improve product, service and cost performance.
？Perform Supplier Development Audits.
？Review quality reports and drive actions to improve quality

Qualifications
？BS degree in engineering
？Minimum 3 years of experience in Supplier Development.
？Experience on Process Map, PFMEA, Control Plan and PPAP
？Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with Suppliers to achieve common goals
？Strong hands-on problem solving skills and desire to understand all aspects of Décor’s products
？Excellent organization and communication skills
？New Product Development experience
？Experience on Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
？Process Audit experience
？Ability to work effectively with cross-functional work groups including suppliers, customers and associates, both verbally and in writing 
？Excellent listening skills
？Maintains appropriate focus on short- and long-term goals 
？Motivated by achievement, and persists until goals are reached, conveying a sense of urgency
？Travel requirements: up to 75%
？Microsoft literate
？ISO 9001 experience is preferred
