Job Title ：
Region Sales Specialist
乐器配件区域销售专员

Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for sales in domestic China for western instrument accessories.
2、Develop relationships with current key accounts
3、Manage sales activities for current retained key accounts
4、Meet with key accounts face-to-face monthly
5、Travel with key accounts personnel
6、Train key accounts’ staff on D’Addario Products
7、Develop new accounts from market (B2B dealers and other channels )
8、Authorize customers who are authorized to represent us on Tmall
9、Hardworking to arrive company’s sales target
10、Travel +50% of time.
11、Report to General Manager directly


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1、Bachelor's degree graduated from formal Chinese university. (“211” Chinese key university is preferred )
2、Two-to-five years of sales working experience.
3、Good working attitude with team work spirit..
4、knowledge of acoustic, classical, and electric guitars and their required components
5、Confident interpersonal skills and a demonstrable ability to build relationship.
6、Comfortable identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities.
7、Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8、Comfortable with English (can be a 2nd language) on both verbal and in written is preferred.
9、Ability to organize projects and manage timelines with a strong attention to detail.
10、A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
11、Capable of setting own travel and work schedule with minimum supervision.
12、To be able to play the instrument(s) is preferred
