Responsibilities
Performing 100% Travel and Expense Report Audit for all Entities in Asia
Prepare the T&E Audit Summary Report for management review
Be expertise on the Travel and Expense policy, be able to provide training to Asia Employees
Familiar with Concure System, keep a closely relationship with Budapest T&E Team
Other tasks assigned by Dalian Finance Team
Key competencies:
? College or university degree in finance/accounting
? 5 years of working experience in Finance position in Foreign Company, among that at least 1 years working experience in Travel and Expense . A shared service company is an advantage.
? Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage)
? General knowledge of Invoice, VAT, and other Tax for Asia countries.
? Analytical mindset; use a methodical step-by-step approach to break down complex problems or processes into their constituents parts, identify causes and effects patterns and analyze problems to arrive to an appropriate solution
? Excellent problem solving skills; uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions; probes all fruitful sources for answers; an see hidden problems; looks beyond the obvious and doesn’t stop at the first answers
? Outstanding communication skills: can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups; can settle differences with minimum noise; can win concessions without damaging relationships; can be direct and forceful as well as diplomatic; gains trust quickly of other parties to the negotiations; has a good sense of timing.
? Customer focused attitude; meet or exceed customers expectations (internal/external), establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect
? Good organizing and time management skills; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal, arranges information and files in a useful manner, concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities
? Self development skills; he/she is personally committed to and actively works to continuously improve him/herself; understands that different situations and levels may call for different skills and approaches
? Fluency in Korean, English & Chinese ( Japanese is a plus)
