Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships.

Respond to customer enquiries / complaints.
Lead in engagements and strategic customer interfaces.

Provide marketing & sales advice/information to management team to facilitate business performance review & evaluation.
Support management to devise and fine tune strategic directives.
Line Manager
Provide sales & marketing advice/information to Line Manager to facilitate business performance review & evaluation.
Work with Line Manager to develop Branch business targets and KPIs.
Stakeholder
External Agencies
Work with appointed marketing agencies as necessary for Advertising, Media Purchasing, Direct Marketing, Corporate Literature, Public Relations, Promotional gifts and sponsorships.
Internal Other Functions
Maintain good communication and working relationship with other functions in branch and country.
Process
Strategic Business Development
Drive and develop new business opportunities in region in addition to retention of existing business .
Drive market profiling and competitor analysis activities to understand and identify market opportunities and challenges locally.
Develop the customization and implementation of country wide marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to suit local environment.
Lead the development of branch specific marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Ensure effective pricing strategies are developed to sustain profitable growth.
Identify market/synergy opportunities for Suttons
Business Performance & Results
Responsible for achieving region Sales & Marketing business targets and KPIs.
Drive sales motivation initiatives to keep high sales performance towards the annual business target.
Assign responsibilities to Sales & Marketing team to achieve optimum productivity and efficiency.
Responsible for constant improvement and optimization of department resources.
Define and implement Sales & Marketing ISO standards in line with corporate instructions.
Ensure the development and maintenance of the customer database, and its use for identification and segmented targeting of customers and prospects for Suttons.
Occupational Health & Safety
Ensure direct reports understand and actively comply with the company’s occupational health & safety rules.
Ensure the maintenance of a healthy and safe workplace.

Ensure to complete the induction program covering awareness of key company policies and procedures.
