     1986年，雷敦资本集团的前身由创始人乔治.雷敦在美国加州，伯克利市成立。成立时是一家专门从事企业组织发展的研究机构。到1993为止，雷敦已相继为百余家欧美企业提供组织发展与组织效能提升解决方案，并为它们在全球化竞争中提供组织发展战略咨询服务。2006年，雷敦来到中国。为各大全球在华企业进行战略组织效能、战略营销整合、商业模式构建、盈利模式创新等咨询服务；同时，提供跨文化与国际管理系列、企业管理系列、战略与商业系列、领导力系列、组织发展与组织效能系列企业培训，各系列培训均可针对不同行业组织的不同情况进行定制化方案。2011年，雷敦商学院成立。以雷敦“中国创造—民营企业战略成长纲要”为蓝本，为各行业企业领导者提供管理培训课程及Mini MBA课程。帮助学员用科学的手段创造财富，为中国企业家打造商机、资本和知识的优质平台。

In 1986, Dayton’s predecessor was founded in the University of Berkley, California. By 1993, Dayton research was benefiting hundreds of organizations throughout North America and Europe. Dayton’s series of organizational development consulting services helped businesses thrive against ever-increasing global competitive forces.

In 2006, Dayton entered the mainland China market with the establishment of Dayton Consulting Group (China). The urgency of developing globally-competitive business systems in China contributed to significant growth. Dayton China’s advisory services have been recognized most notably in the fields of organizational effectiveness, integrated marketing, institutional innovativeness, and business model innovation. Proprietary cultural research led to the development of ground-breaking programs such as international management, organizational development, multicultural organizational effectiveness and executive coaching.

In 2011, Dayton officially announced the establishment of the Dayton Business School, a corporate education entity focusing on the strategic growth of Chinese private enterprises nation-wide. The Dayton Business School platform now provides enterprise management education opportunities and “mini-MBA” programs for business leaders in a variety of industries.
