“梦中心”— 上海徐汇区黃浦江畔的闪亮地标，是“西岸传媒港” 项目内的核心部份，为国内投资规模最大的文化项目之一。位于徐汇滨江开发核心区的“梦中心”由香港兰桂坊集团、美国梦工厂及上海华人文化产业投资基金携手打造。项目将会结合环球文化娱乐、国际级表演艺术、时尚购物及创意媒体元素。
项目占地约15.2万平方米，地上及地下建筑面积总计约56万平方米，以创意媒体、科技及文化产业为主导发展方向，涵盖商务、零售、娱乐与休闲文化区域，将成为徐汇区与西岸传媒港的核心商业轴线。

As it contains business, retail, entertainment and leisure areas, DreamCenter will be the core business axis of Xuhui District and “West Bund Media Port”.
