    1906年旧金山发生了一场灾难性的地震， 一名年轻的房地产经纪人COLDWELL认为这个时候正需要诚实专业的房地产经纪人为人们提供专业化的服务，以帮助整个城市的重建。 而在这之前，房地产经纪人都是低价卖入房屋后，再高价抛售，从而获得巨大的利益。于是，在1906年8月27日，COLDWELL成立了一家房地产公司，遵照自己的原则，公司将只提供房屋买卖的服务，而不在自己进行实际买入卖出的业务，从此开始了全新的房产中介业务，而且沿用至今。
 
       经过一段时间的发展，COLDWELL BANKER成功进入商业房产经纪领域，首个办事处于1920年在南加州的凤凰城成立。之后又于1950年进入西雅图市场， 至上世纪70年代， COLDWELL BANKER已经成为亚特兰大，芝加哥和华盛顿特区地区的最有声望的住宅房地产品牌。
 
       2006年年底，COLDWELL BANKER成为了全球最大的不动产品牌Realogy的一员。 Realogy集团旗下还拥有21世纪 ，ERA 等诸多知名品牌。2007年， COLDWELL BANKER全球营业总额超过了66亿美元，成为了全球盈利能力最高，且单店产能最高的房产中介品牌。

COLDWELL BANKER ORIGIN
       The real estate company was founded on August 27, 1906 on the heels of the devastating 1906 fire and earthquake that leveled San Francisco. A young real estate agent, Colbert Coldwell saw the need for honest, knowledgeable real estate services to help the city rebuild. As the company grew, he hired Arthur Banker as a member of his sales staff. The two businessmen eventually formed a partnership, and in 1914 officially named the company Coldwell Banker. Before 1914，all the real estate broker bought the house in a low price and sell out in a very high price to get a huge profit ,after that, Coldwell established one real estate company, he just operate according to his own principle that the company offer the house sale and purchase service only, but never do the transaction personally, from then on, the new period of real estate business has began and still used today

       In 2007, the global business turnover of COLDWELL BANKER has already passed 6.6 billion dollar, it became the most profitable brand and also the most productive brand per office.

       In the end of 2006, COLDWELL BANK became one of the member of the biggest real estate brand Realogy, the Realogy group, which also has 21 century, ERA etc.

       After a short period of development, Coldwell banker has been entered into the commercial property industry, the company’s geographic expansion began in the 1920s with the opening of office in south California, by Phoenix in the early 1950s and Seattle in Altanta, Chicago, and Washington, DC. Since then Coldwell Banker became the most prestigious real estate brand in these area.

       Today, the COLDWELL BANKER has extend its business all over the 6 continent and 49 countries, In addition, it has more than 3300 offices and 90,000 sales associates all over the world .

1906年，Coldwell Banker成立于旧金山
1999年，台湾信义集团全面代理CB品牌大中华区的特许经营授权业务，CB品牌正式进入中国
2000年， CB信义房产管理咨询（上海）有限公司成立
2006年，Coldwell Banker成立100周年,并成为REALOGY集团旗下品牌
2008年底，CB信义房产正式更名为Coldwell Banker科威国际不动产
2009年，全新开始了在上海市场的拓展；同年4月，全面进军浙江市场
2011年。西安、青岛、包头加盟科威国际不动产，科威国际再添新成员。年底，总签约数已达到150家
2012年，淄博、莱芜、威海、大连加盟科威国际不动产
2013年，科威上海十店同开，同年底，总门店数已达到330家

In 2000,Coldwell banker Sinyi real estate management and consultation(shanghai)Co.,Ltd was established
In 2006, Coldwell Banker has been established for 100 years, and became one of the brand under the REALOGY
In the end of 2008, CB Sinyi realty changed its name to Keiwei international real estate.
In 2009, Started the brand expand, in the April at the same year, CB entirely entered Zhejiang market.
In 2011, Xi’an, Qingdao, Baotou joined Coldwell Banker, CB has its new city masters, in the end of 2011, the total office number of contract had already up to 150
In 2012, Zibo, Laiwu, Weihai joined Coldwell Banker.
In 2013, 10 Coldwell Banker offices opened at the same time, in the end of 2013, the total offices of contract had already up to 330.
