Requirement for manager:
 
- 5+ years of .Net/ASP.Net/C# development experience
 
- 4+ years of MS SQL experience (performance tuning, database optimization, design, table partitioning)
 
- 5+ years of web archieture design (B2B, online shopping, e-Commerce..etc)
 
- 5+ years of management experience
 
- Experience in IIS support, Windows 2008 server, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group policy
 
- Experience with Asterisk PBX a plus
 
- Microsoft office suite

 3+ years of experience with the software development cycle from design to deployment.
  Experience with web service design, application cache usage and multi-threading.
 
 3+ years of project management experience with proven track record for bringing product to market.


 
 
 
Requirement for developer:
 
- 3+ years of .Net/ASP.Net/C# experience
 
- 3+ years of experience building commerical grade .Net web sites (online shopping, e-commerce)
 
- Knowledge of MS SQL 2005/2008
