上海科鹏机电工程有限公司本着“以一流的技术，规范的管理，踏实的态度，提供最优质的服务”的企业精神致力于智能化领域特别是楼宇自控领域的工程建设、维护、保养等服务。与江森自控、霍尼韦尔公司在楼宇自控领域开展了广泛的合作。凭着一支优良的技术队伍和丰富的管理经验，公司取得了斐然的成绩，业务遍及上海、北京、江苏、浙江、四川、广东等省市，目前公司有上海总部，还在北京、成都、广东等地区设有办事处。

公司历史
上海科鹏机电工程有限公司正式成立于2003年，公司的主要发起人和核心技术人员，都是多年从事江森自控及霍尼韦尔安防产品等世界500强企业的市场销售、工程实施、系统维护的技术人员和管理人员，曾参与过许多重点大型项目的建设，对楼宇智能化，安防系统工程的实施、维护和技术支持有着丰富的经验。
公司是江森自控楼宇自控系统产品的VIP代理商，霍尼韦尔安防系统金牌代理商，美国Control4智能家居系统分销商、美国RLE漏水系统中国去总代理。

组织架构
公司设总经理室、部门、项目组三级管理机构，共有员工30余人。
工程部主要从事江森自控、霍尼韦尔楼宇自控系统的系统设计、硬件安装、软件调测等工作。
售后服务部主要从事江森自控、霍尼韦尔楼宇自控系统的售后服务维护工作。
技术支持部负责项目的投标技术工作及后期的深化设计、新技术的跟踪、对外的技术支持服务，另外还从事与楼宇自控相关的软硬件接口的开发工作。
市场部负责市场的拓展、项目管理和服务质量的监督，客户的沟通。

综合实力

技术力量
目前公司有员工30余人，从业技术人员70%拥有本科或以上学历。公司员工平均年龄在25-30岁，是一支充满活力和朝气的团队。
公司绝大部分核心技术人员已参加过江森自控或霍尼韦尔公司楼宇自控产品的高级技术培训。 并且公司愿意不断提供机会让员工获得培训机会。

Overview
Shanghai ROC Technology Co., Ltd,dedicated to automation control and security system,ROC had deeply cooperation with Johnson Control and Honeywell Security, and based on our professional technical team and rich management experience.

History
ROC was established in 2003, the founder and core members are from Honeywell, Johnson Control and other Top-500 companies. ROC was involved in lots of key projects and had rich experience in Building automation’s design, construction, maintenance, technical support and documentation.

Organisation
ROC had three-level management system which are GM, Department and Project. There are more than 30 staffs. ROC had project department, after-sales department, technical support department and marketing department.

Technology ability
Until now there are more than 30 employee in ROC, most of them have bachelor degree or high level. Average age of employee is from 25 to 30, and this is a quite energetic and snappy team.
Most of core technical member had got training certifications from Johnson Control and Honeywell, and also ROC is willing to provide kinds of internal or external training opportunities to employee.
ROC is emphasis on project management and quality control. In the recent years, many project related employee had joined the training course of project management and got the certification successfully.
