报名方式、时间、地点、和所需证件及有关材料
（一）此次报名采取现场和网上两种报名方式。
（二）报名时间：2015年12月28日起
（三）报名地点：上海江桥爱特路95弄9号。
（四）所需证件及有关材料：身份证、毕业证、学位证原件及复印件各1份。从事所聘专业的相关证明材料（个人简介、经本人创作的作品及表演剧照）。
