The Boxing Cat Brewery is a modern microbrewery & restaurant with two locations. Our first location was opened in early 2008 and we’ve since expanded to the city to bring our beer and food to the craving masses of Shanghai. 拳击猫啤酒屋是拥有两家分店的现代自酿啤酒餐厅。第一家店于2008年开业。

Here at the Boxing Cat Brewery we strive to emulate the I-10 corridor flavors. From the peppy flavors of Southern California and Southwest, to the ramped up smokiness and spice of Texas cuisine, the cayenne and filet swampy notes of Cajun and New Orleans flare offered in Louisiana, and the Southern Comfort Flavors of genuine Home Cookin’ extracted from ‘Bama and the Floridians.我们努力去做出1-10走廊的各种风味的食物。从南部，西南部加州的生动的口味到德州的烟熏香辣口味，路易斯安那州的辣椒鱼类，一直到佛罗里达的家庭制作风格。
