赛磊那（南通）环保建材有限公司成立于2008年10月，总投资2750万美元，注册资本1100万美元。公司位于南通经济技术开发区港口工业三区化工园区内，总用地面积约48820平方米。计划形成年产1.4万吨聚氨酯泡沫密封剂、5000吨硅酮密封胶、2500吨聚醋酸乙烯基胶黏剂、2250吨溶剂型丁苯橡胶胶黏剂和2250吨溶剂型氯丁橡胶胶黏剂的生产能力，属国家鼓励类项目。一期建筑面积约14820平方米，于2010年11月份正式投产，主要研发生产和销售高品质环保无污染聚氨酯泡沫密封剂。
