WSP CEL is a medium-sized engineering company offering premier quality consultancy, design, engineering, procurement, construction, project management and validation services principally to the process and manufacturing industries and other customers whose facilities include technical complexity.
Our traditional involvement is in the investment phase of our clients' capital assets. We also have expertise in the pre-investment and operational phases where we are regularly helping to find solutions to increase production efficiency, and to address health and safety, regulatory and other issues.
These services are tailored to clients' individual requirements and may be provided in a wide range of forms from consultancy to full EPCM delivery, term contracts & personnel supply.
Our first project in China was in 1967 and our Shanghai office was established in 1994.

Due to the business growth we are recruiting the following staff to join our Shanghai Office team.
