从当时的一家面对国际市场从事高品质服装生产、销售为一体的专业服装公司，逐渐发展成为拥有多家大规模公司、以供应链管理概念运作的跨国集团。
集团总部设于中国-上海，覆盖到缅甸、中国香港，日本等地区，且在国内外共拥有11个分部和生产基地。集团旗下现拥有3家缅甸大型服装工厂( GLOBAL FASHION CO.,LTD, ？TWINKLE LIGHT FASHION CO.,LTD, ？YST GARMENT CO.,LTD ) 从业人员超过6000人以上，年产量750万件，年产值达1.1亿 美元左右。
此外，集团还拥有缅甸***的清关运输公司--YST Logistics Co.,Ltd，员工110人，自有运输集装箱车辆108台，在海陆空运三方面都更具有优先仓位的优势。不仅为集团内部服装进出口的清关业务提供迅速的时效性，更为缅甸超过30%的各种加工业公司的所有进出口业务提供快速、有效的服务。
