职责和要求:
1.能用英文和外籍客户沟通,陪同客户察看/楼盘情况/国际医院/国际学校;
2.深入了解租金和租期等内容,向客户传达准确信息,妥善处理相关文件
3.协助准备租赁协议、意向书、服务费确认协议书等文件
4.具有销售工作经验优先;
5.责任心强,能够承受一定的工作压力、具有良好的服务意识;
6.良好的英语沟通及表达能力、能够适应周未加班工作;
Sales Assistant:
Responsibility & Requirement:
1.Be able to talk with foreign clients and accompany clients to visit the house; collect property information as well as make arrangement to visit International School and International Hospital;
2.Deep understanding of the rental and leasing term, keep the clients accurately noted, and good at dealing with relevant documents ;
3.Assist to prepare the leasing agreement, intent-letter, service fee confirmation agreement;
4.Relevant sales experience in top-priority;
5.Strong responsibility sense and service sense; capability to bear pressure of the job;
6.Good communication skills in English, adapt to overwork during weekends.
客服专员/助理(非技术)
职责和要求:
