职位描述：
负责销售订单处理，出口单证准备，及时反馈客户意见，跟踪订单产品生产过程，保证交货期，安排出口报关等物流工作。
Receives and processes the customer orders in ERP system, customs clearance documentation preparation; customers’ inquiries and complaints covering; in-house production follow-up by customer order, ensure on-time delivery; help order office manager to arrange logistics for oversea customer order.

工作职责Responsibility：
1、 审查合同，负责销售订单（国内和国外）的记录、跟踪和回复，与生产部文员及时沟通，确定所下订单的数量、型号、颜色、尺寸、规格等信息，确保订单的准确性、及时性。
Review sales contract, responsible for sales order recording and tracking; provide accurate order quantity, model, painting and dimension for production planning; ensure the orders are dealt with in a proper and timely way.
2、 负责出口单证制作（信用证、合同规定的单证），准备出口产品所需文件，对所有出口产品资料进行管理。
Responsible for export documentation preparation, also formal documentation (E.g. Form E) applying if need; Export documentation filing.
3、 及时将客户的意见和投诉反馈给生产供应部门，对生产进度进行跟踪，保证交货期。Process the customers' inquiries and complaints, obtain resolution from operation team then response to customers; Follow up in-house production procedure, ensure on-time delivery.
4、 与相关部门沟通，配合海关查验、缴纳相关税费，负责收集处理出口退税单证，电子口岸系统数据处理等工作。
Coordinate customs clearance, tax-refunding documentation obtaining; E-customs data handling.
5、 负责处理出口产品装、运等物流工作。
With guidance from order office manager, arrange logistics for export orders.
6、 订单部其他需要协助处理的工作。
Ad hoc tasks from order office manager.

职位需求与任职条件 Basic requirement:
1、大专或以上学历，出口贸易、物流相关专业。College degree or above, specialist in logistics or trading.
2、具有外贸相关的业务知识。Working experience in export trading function.
3、具有丰富的业务跟单管理经验及现场处理能力。Working experience in order handling and capacity of on-site loading arrangement.
4、具有较强的组织能力、沟通、协调能力、执行能力，工作原则性强，有较强的客户服务意识，能承受较大的工作压力。Strong communicate skills and coordination skills, service-oriented; well-organized; Can work under high-pressure.
5、具有基本英语读说写能力；3年以上出口报关工作经验者优先。Basic English reading, speaking and writing skills ；3+ years working experience in customs clearance is a plus. 举报 分享
