职位描述：
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
? Management of projects with cross functional teams (sales and marketing, product engineering, manufacturing process, sourcing/purchasing, quality,) and hand over the result to operation team for industrial production
? Responsible for establishing team resource needs, financial justification, schedules to achieve project goal
? Accountable for project output compliance, related manufacturing process availability, time to market, cost of the products, sourcing setting up.
? Ensure project execution is done per Metso Management procedures including: scope and time management, cost and quality control, risk management, procurement and manufacturing constrains by considering the local situation and adaptions
? Responsible for the position relate to QMS& EHS issues

 
RELATIONSHIPS AND AUTHORITY
? Reports to chairman of the board
? Get direct report from project team members
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
? Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
? Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience in mechanical manufacturing company and 5 year managerial position of production /operation/ process management.
? professional project management experience
? sourcing or purchasing experience as supplementary
? strong analytical skill and problem solving capability
? Experience on costing and cost saving expertise
? Strong leadership to drive and development the team to meet performance targets
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in the multi-culture environment
? The ability to work under pressure
? Computer literate(MRP, MS Office etc)
? Proficient in English and Mandarin (Oral, spoken and written,CET-6) 举报 分享

Shaorui Heavy Industries Co., Ltd, formerly known as Shaorui Mechanical Manufacture Co. Ltd, was founded in August 1992 as a joint venture. The enterprise is located in the city of Shaoguan, which is the key area for heavy industry in north of Guangdong Province. In the past 2 decades, Shaorui Heavy Industries insists on the philosophy and guiding principle of "create values by good quality" to develop itself into a professional mining machine and equipment manufacturer with a sound system of R&D, manufacturing, production, sales and after-sales service.

The company covers a land area of 100,000 square meters, among which manufacturing workshops take 50,000 square meters. So far the value of fixed assets have reached 110 million RMB. At present there are 370 employees in the company, including 50 management personnel and more than 100 engineering and technical workers, among which 10 are senior engineers and 20 are senior technicians.
