Position: PPM Assistant
计划与绩效管理助理- 华南地区总部
Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist senior Sales Analyst to consolidate routing report (Sales/Finance) for BU, provide analysis on gaps;
2. Organize monthly routine report materials/data/analysis for discussion;
3. Supervise on Review Meeting on Entities/Cities level, make sure meeting quality.
4. Help to implement standard Commercial/Finance process throughout BU;
5. Assist Finance Analyst to conduct routing audit.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree, nice to have degree in finance or English
2. Excellent skills in Excel, certain skills in PowerPoint;
3. English skills, especially writing skills;
4. Analytical skills, carefulness and hard-working;
5. Smart, quick-leaner, open-minded, good communication skills.
