职位描述

Accountabilities 主要工作职责:

1.Price management / 价格管理
- Consolidate and verify pricing related information from SM-level /从SM获得信息进行整合和确认
- Track new product launch price, price increase/change, margin pool, and negative MACO and generate action plan. /跟踪新产品价格,价格提升/变更情况,以及利润池和负MACO

2.POC-Buyout management / 售点管理
- Review the spending on POC Buy-Out, plan POC Buy-Out / 回顾并计划售点花费
- Review target achievement on monthly basis and provides suggestions on how to follow up the underachieved POCs. / 定期回顾各点的销量完成情况,对没有达标的售点买点制定跟踪计划
- Apply for new POC Buy-Out and generate reports. / 负责售点申请和报表生成

3. Performance management / 业绩管理
- Draft commercial plans/budget plans for the following month / 起草下月的商业计划和预算
- Consolidate volume forecast from SMs and track actual volume on daily basis. / 汇总本区域的销量预测
- Analysis business performance for last month / 分析上月的运营绩效
- Prepare and consolidate SD level CPR deck, support CPR meeting and track action plan. / 准备区域销售会议材料,支持销售总监召开会议
- Regular tracking the investment and strictly control the actual expense within plan. / 持续地监控投资情况

4. Demand Planning / 需求计划
- Make region level demand plan based on sales forecast / 基于销量预测,编制区域层级的需求计划
- Track the execution of demand plan, collect feedback from sales team and communicate with BU PPM / 跟踪需求计划,收集销售信息与BU部门沟通

5. Market Intelligence / 市场情报管理
- Gather and consolidate data/templates, generate reports, proposals and action plans. / 收集并整合数据/模板, 生成报表、建议书和行动计划

6. Regional Sales Service / 区域销售服务
- Set monthly target for M1/M2/M3 and calculate KPI achievement / 设置M1/M2/M3月度指标
- Ensure WIS system data quality. / 检查STR数据的完整性
- Check STR data completeness and reconcile with STW. / 同STW进行核对发现差异
- Solve data issue with sales team and wholesaler. / 同销售团队协同经销商解决STR数据质量问题

Qualifications and Technical competencies required 岗位所需的资质和技术能力要求:

1. Education 教育背景:
- Colleague bachelor degree on finance, economics, etc, / 商务管理,经济学等相关学士学位
- Bachelor’s degree is preferable

2. Experience 工作经验:
- Experience in managing P&L’s and financial KPI’s / 具有管理财务指标的经历
- At least 5 years working experience, FMCG industry is favorable /至少5年工作经验,有快销行业工作经验优先考虑

3. Technical competencies: (Job related) 技术能力(岗位相关的)
- Analytical skills / 分析能力
- Excel and power point excellence / 良好的Excel和PPT能力
- Advanced interpersonal skills / 良好的人际关系
- Analytically creative
