Responsibilities:

· Proactive approach to

· Train and motivate bartenders to create and provide theatre at bar

· Keep on-trend with latest blends, mixes, brands internationally and locally

· Create cocktails to promote cognac and coffee

· Bartend and fill all beverage orders (not just cocktails)

· Train café and lounge staff on cocktails to be able to communicate with customers

· Clean bar area, remove plates and glassware and clean-as-go using dishwasher

· Advise bar supervisor, managers of trends in drinks to ensure adequate supplies are maintained

· Complete open and close checklist

· Cash handling

· Other tasks assigned by line manager

· 创新鸡尾酒产品以促进干邑及咖啡销量

· 酒水成本控制及管理

· 制定所有饮料订单（不仅仅是鸡尾酒）

· 培训咖啡吧及酒廊员工了解调酒技巧、知识等以便更好地与顾客沟通

· 保持吧台区域整洁，及时处理已使用的酒杯、餐盘等并使用洗碗机清洁

· 在饮品的发展趋势上给主管提供建议，以使之保持充足供应

· 在每日开业与关闭时整理相关物品清单

Able to demonstrate:-

·Passion for combining elixirs and creating extraordinary cocktails

·Strong people and customer service skills

·Basic English

·Able to work late nights, shifts, weekends and holidays

·Accurate record keeping and cash handling
