Job Description:
1. Provide secretarial and office administrative support
2. Organize travel, hotel, transportation, visa application if applicable
3. Coordinate with meetings and conference calls arrangement
4. Expense reports and disbursement
5. Translation and word processing
6. Emails and documents filing; sample management
7. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Requirements and skills:
1. Bachelor degree in English (equal or above CET 6 level).
2. 2-3 years' related experience.
3. Highly proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
4. Enthusiasm and a "can-do “attitude together with an appropriate level of professional confidence.
5. Attention to details, accuracy and excellent organization skills.
6. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
